I’m so exhausted. I feel like I haven’t slept in days or even weeks.
Actually … that’s partially true. Ever since the end of August I’ve been having a lot of trouble sleeping or rather staying asleep because of a medication I started taking around that time. I think I was just starting to sleep a little better near the end of September but then at the beginning of October I started yet another new medication (Zyban to stop smoking) and that is now causing trouble sleeping. So I have two medications affecting my sleep.
If I keep going like this I’m really going to have to do a search for best under eye cream for dark circles because I’m starting to look as tired as I feel.
I usually don’t have much trouble falling asleep or staying asleep and I’ve never had a medication affect my sleep so badly. It’s terrible. If I keep having this much trouble sleeping I’m going to have to call my doctor and see if she can help me out.
Do you ever have a lot of trouble sleeping?

Whenever I can’t fall asleep, I usually try this exercise I learned where you just imagine the most random things you can think of. For example, I might imagine a rabbit in a business suit walking upright down the street who then turns into a balloon that floats off into outer space… stuff like that. The randomness is so dream-like that I usually pass right out.
Hope this might help,
