I was just talking about how my friend wants to lose several pounds quickly in my last post. She’s determined to take drastic measures so I think that I’m going to spend some time tonight or tomorrow look for safe weight loss products for her.
As I’ve been saying I’ve been trying to encourage her just to work out more – with me, but I don’t think that’s going to work.
Anyone know of a safe yet effective diet or weight loss product that I might be able to suggest to her?
