Wordless Wednesday
A couple of weeks ago my husband and I and our dog went for a hike in the woods. I found these lovely flowers on a river bank, I think they might be Jewelweed, and as I gazed at the flowers I noticed that the bumble bees were hovering around the flowers.
I caught this one as it was coming in for a landing:
Here’s a shot of the bee in the flower. All you can see is it’s behind!
That’s truly beautiful!! We went to the Refuge last weekend and I got some wildflower shots, but I missed the hummingbird.
