One of my friends has a wedding coming up in a month. Not here’s, just a wedding that she’s going to … and she’s determined to lose at least 10 pounds before the event.
That sounds like a lot to lose in a month .. well a little more than what’s healthy, but I suppose it can be done. The trouble is she really doesn’t want to diet or exercise to lose the weight. What she’s trying to do is find a way to get adipex without prescription or something similar that will help her take the weight off fast.
I’m trying to lose a few pounds too, but I don’t want to take any diet pills. I think I’ll encourage her to go on walks with me and do a few more activities that will help us burn off those calories.
