My wife gets a kick out of listening to me talk these big name stores down their prices. I'm not tight...well maybe a little, but so are these BIG franchises. It's business, nothing personal. Chances are, they can can knock off 5-10% on any given item in their store. Like previously stated,you just have to ask. If I know that I get an item cheaper online, you better believe they're going to hear about it. lol Well good for you! :)

People tend to think of stores like best buy as big evil corporations who will never sacrifice the bottom line, but often simply asking, or a little bit of politeness, is all it takes to get a sizable discount.
