I've only had one problem with the 8 I've owned and Apple sent me a new one overnight. They are so reliable, easily used, and last over many years. The only reason I have so many is because I have to have the latest one and of course one for different occasions haha. They are definitely worth the money you spend on them if you listen and enjoy music as much as I do. People will disagree and people hate the price but Apple’s iPods are the way to go.
