I am with the last reply...heating pad...herbal muscle relaxers because your muscles in your back area will be strained in trying to support your discs.

		<description>Haven&#039;t had one personally but I hear heat pads and steamy bubble baths with salts are good cheap solutions.  Do you use those icy/hot patches as well?  Maybe some light stretching would help.</description>
