I can’t believe I had another sleepless night/day today.
I just went through that on Wednesday and luckily caught up on my sleep by having a much longer than normal sleep on Thursday. Maybe that’s why I didn’t feel tired until the very early morning hours today … but even though I was tired I couldn’t make myself go to sleep.
I really have to do something about this sleeping problem I have. It’s getting worse. I spend most of my days feeling terribly tired, yet I can’t sleep more than a few hours at night. Totally sucks.
