I've been a runner most of my life, and I particularly enjoy running outside ,with the dog. Well the dog is getting older and so am I. I bought an elliptical trainer and rotate between it and outside exercising. However, when it is like jungle hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter, the elliptical has much more appeal. Yes I use my elliptical regularly. Nothing beats running outside when the temperature is reasonable, but unfortunately that is often not the case.

Investing in home exercise equipment is a smart choice... Investing in the best home fitness equipment does not necessarily mean it has to be expensive, but it should be of quality design.... Elliptical trainers provide the best low-impact workouts and are a better choice for people with knee injuries and joint problems....

Seriously, has anyone ever bought a piece of exercise equipment and then used it for anything other than to throw clothes on? Not me.
