Doors Open Toronto is a nice event. I went to vist the Toronto Botanical Garden at Lawrence and Leslie Streets. Also took in the Brick Works off the Bayview Extension. Nice walking trails can be found at both places.

In 4 years living right downtown Toronto, we never made it to Open Doors Toronto. But we never missed Festival caravan, which was like an open doors project for the ethnic communities. Great food, music and dance from all over the place in community "pavilions".

I wonder if they are still doing Festival caravan. I would love to get down there for it.
