With triple brick, we're not surprised you don't need insulation. Here in Germany, our place has concrete walls, so no insulation either. The concrete keeps the warmth in, in the winter. That is a very narrow driveway! A 2-door Smart car would certainly fit, but the 4-door Smarts are the same size as any other compact car. You have a lovely old house!
